Outside

Description

                Outside is a game about chasing rabbits and being a good doggo. Play as a doggo who is let outside to run and play. Catch rabbits that come into the yard, manage your stamina and energy and be sure to drink water when you get thirsty. You have only a limited amount of time outside, so make the most of it!

                I made this game as a midterm project for my Game Programming I class. The assignment was to make a game that used a 3^rd person character controller, has at least 2 pickups, has a health system, something that can drain the players health, and it had to use at least 1 coroutine.

For this project I chose to use free or purchased assets so I could focus on the programming and building the game itself.

 

Known Issues

• If you exit the area for the water bowl while the drinking_start animation is playing the character gets stuck in the drinking_loop animation and cannot move. (Work around: return to main menu and start the game again).
